Castor's Raider Theatre holds 2024 show

Troupe performs 'Alice'

Gus Wetter School's Raider Theatre performed its latest offering on May 25.

The student theatre troupe performed Alice, its take on Lewis Carroll's famous work Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, which was released in 1865.

To make the afternoon even more memorable, it was themed on the tea party from the book, with orange pekoe tea and iced tea available for all audience members, as well as a variety of snacks.

The chosen play the students undertook in 2024 was technically challenging, requiring many scene changes.

Around 140 people attended the show at Castor Community Hall.

Beginning shortly after 2 p.m., the play was performed in around an hour with no intermission.

For the 2024 edition of Raider Theatre, 16 students took part guided by teachers Jaymi Rausch and Louella Lee.
